Think of this course as being like a tree: what’s already planted in the ground is your choice to come here to this portal, with willingness and allowance of all that could possibly unfold in your journey of awakening, from fear into Love. This choice point becomes continually ‘watered’ more and more, as you become less and less of what you thought you needed to be. Consciousness transforms from 'Soul to cell’.
As the course progresses, you may start to realise that this course is not a course at all, it is a gateway to the cosmic superhighway of your True Self. It is a pathway to your ‘original wholeness’ and your journey, with friends, ‘Home to God’.
Each month we will read together the lesson of that month. We don’t just ‘read’, we immerse, like taking a lovely warm bath into the depth of the Soul’s yearning for God. We then meet up on Zoom and see what unfolds! It’s very simple.
Let me be your embodied guide on this journey. I have learnt to welcome into the loving arms of Spirit/breath (they are one and the same in Jeshua’s teachings) all manner of circumstances, using different modalities to aid and catalyse healing.

I specialise in particular "energetic practices" through my unique soul essence, which often involves techniques aimed at relaxation, guiding attention away from the intellect and into the realm of the body. This includes activities such as dance, breathwork, yoga, movement exploration, as well as the use of symbols and mudras with the body and hands. I also utilise the power of sound and what I refer to as Golden Liquid Light—a multidimensional language expressed through writing, drawing, singing, chanting, and dance. Additionally, Reiki plays a significant role, sometimes integrated with sound and massage.
Occasionally there will be group healings where someone poses a question, I will answer from Spirit or guidance, either on the feed in WhatsApp or in a Zoom meeting. Every meeting is about tuning in via LovesBreath and eventually this leads to guided meditation and what’s called ‘wonder questions. Some of these questions become ‘Radical Inquiry,’ delving more deeply into the roots of ’Separation from God’ or Egoic Consciousness.
Over the years I have become accustomed to allowing guidance to answer all questions through the breath. I also answer from the many guides and ascended masters who are here to help us to see through our dream matrix and to start living in an awake state. So, I bring both guidance from Holy Spirit, Malkhutah —the living, creative birthing ‘womb’ (word is Aramaic). I share guidance through the Earth and the many, many beings who are here joining in the celebration that ‘Only Love is Real’ and anchoring a new state of consciousness here on planet Earth.
This essential foundational practice can be learnt one-to-one or in a group setting either on Zoom or in person. It’s an hour of guided breathing deeply, possible movement and stretching to release trapped energy and guided meditation. It’s all about ‘feeling’ rather than thinking. Tuning in to subtleties in the field of awareness we’ve called ‘the body’. This session will also involve personalised practices I will give tailored to meet your specific needs.
If your desire is to catalyse your journey and you are at the stage where you want some very obvious help with that, I am always available to facilitate a loving and healing space for one-to-one sessions. We can go into the depths of ego’s thinking, allow Loves Breath to take charge. All it requires is your little willingness to trust your guidance, that you’ve asked for me to be your channel at this stage of your journey and be open to see where that may lead.
Reiki is the ancient Japanese healing art of balancing the inner with the outer, so that eventually, new frequencies can be received, and systems of the body are energetically attuned to that.
I perform hands on Reiki, remote Reiki, and Reiki healing for events. I often combine it with sound and what I call Light Language: hand movements and gestures, sounds that generate healing vibrations, words, and intonations, that aid relaxation, uncoiling of fear and its contraction in the body, and very importantly, remembrance of who you truly are…
I offer massage with Reiki healing. I find gentle touch and movement of the body parts combines so nicely with Reiki. During this session it will be hands on massage with essential oils, crystals, gentle vibrational movements of the body and hands on Reiki.
I channel what’s known as ‘Ascended Masters’, usually Jeshua ben Joseph, Mary Anna or Mother Mary and Miriam of Magdala or Mary Magdalene. This can be done in person channellings, or I can transcribe for you a reading.
I channel what I call Golden Liquid Light or Light Language. This can be art, symbols, and imagery. During this session, I would usually tune into you and then create an image for you to meditate on. This is nearly always a really simple image, jam packed with Light Codes to help release particular patterns in consciousness to which you are still holding on. Like Reiki, it connects you to your Soul and the bridge to your Self known as the Light of Shem or Holy Spirit. It may open up channels for you, areas of consciousness that you never even knew were there!
